After completing the valuation process, we engage buyers from our established and extensive network to create a competitive process that ensures the best fit and value for both sides.

  • Once a listing valuation is agreed upon by the seller, we proceed by contacting buyers in our network whose specific interests are aligned with the selling company’s offering (geography, revenue/EBITDA, post-deal plans, etc.). We only share information in general terms in order to ensure confidentiality while peaking each buyer’s interest prior to signing a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement (NDA).
  • We then process and review all offers with the sellers and assist them in selecting the partner that is best for them.
  • Once NDAs have been signed, we send a high-level financial and operational document to these buyers and facilitate introductions as necessary.
  • At this point, we manage the submission of offers from all interested parties and aid the seller in selecting the offer that provides them with a combination of the greatest value and overall alignment with their objectives.
